Jing Yuan is the Arbiter-General of the Xianzhou Alliance's flagship, the Luofu. He has held this position for 720 years, longer than any other general before him. While he is intensely loyal and loves the people of the Luofu, this was not something he's chosen for himself, but rather a responsibility that he took on to repair the damage the mistakes of his loved ones made.

He hasn't maintained his centuries long reign purely out of the charity of others. While he not known for his martial prowess (though legendary and well respected for it), Jing Yuan excels in planning and routine maintenance. This allows the Luofu to run very efficiently under his reign and maintain more years of peace.

On the personal side, Jing Yuan dreams of a life of adventure in a retirement that he will likely never see. He's intensely loyal, willing to break hundreds of rules and create dozens of schemes for the benefit of his friends and loved ones. He's kind and welcoming, and deeply interested in strategic discussion, cute and tiny animals, and cultural exchange.
